Payment Terms
Payment terms are Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover) or Bank Debit Card, which is handled through Paypal. You can also mail in payment with a check or money order (made payable to Poker Die™). A $25.00 charge will be added for any returned checks.
Damaged Merchandise
If damage occurs during shipping, have the box and merchandise inspected by the delivery carrier and contact Poker Die™ immediately. (Please save the original shipping package with the merchandise). If the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects, please contact us first and we will figure out the best way to replace your product.
Return Policy
For products returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise we offer a Full Refund, minus the Shipping and Handling costs. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Returns will be credited upon approval of merchandise in new, re-saleable condition.
